Luis Perez got back into drifting in June 2025. What first caught his attention was watching the cars go completely sideways while absolutely shredding their tires. He remembers standing there thinking, “I have to try that.” So, he decided to give drifting a shot, and he hasn’t looked back since.

LUIS PEREZ FIRST RIDE - Luis’ first experience behind the wheel was unlike anything he had felt before. The adrenaline, the challenge, and the excitement of controlling the car through a drift made him realize this was something he wanted to pursue. From that day forward, he committed himself to improving his driving and pushing himself further with every opportunity.

LUIS PEREZ FIRST COMPETITION - Luis Perez competed in his first drifting competition at Good Luck League in 2025. So far, he has competed in two events and is looking forward to gaining more experience and getting many more competitions under his belt.

ABOUT LUIS PEREZ DRIFT CAR - His drift car is currently powered by an RB25 engine and features an angle kit, hydraulic handbrake, upgraded braking system, and performance suspension to improve handling and overall performance on the track. The car also includes several additional supporting performance and safety modifications to make it more capable and reliable for competition.
